A genuine WE 08 Intrenching Tool Helve Carrier. This example has seen use so by no means mint. The press stud still functions correctly. It is very faintly marked MWS Ltd ???? to the reverse vertical strap. It requires dampening to bring this out. The last picture shows the helve carrier fitted as used. Note only the helve carrier is for sale. There are multiples of modern reproductions of this scare component of P 08 WE. I guarantee this to be a genuine period piece.
